Welcome

This past May (2009), I celebrated my twentieth year in church leadership ministry. Sixteen of those of years have been in partnership with my wife, Sherri. The last thirteen of those years have been a joy with my four children. In all my years of ministry, marriage, and parenting, I have never had the privilege of worshiping with a local church like this, much less lead one.

This was such a unique group upon my first encounter back in August of 2007, that I was compelled to assist in investigating whether or not the Lord would be pleased to use them to plant another church. It wasn't long before I knew that not only did the Lord want to establish them as a church, but He also wanted my family and I to join them on that mission and together plant a reproducing and sending church in the boro. I couldn't think of another place I'd rather be right now. Unity among diversity. Charity amidst liberty. All with a simplicity and clarity found only in the gospel.

Consider this your invitation to try us out. Several have come once and couldn't stop coming! And some have even moved here from other cities and states. Some have desired to partner with us toward a church plant in their area. Try us out and see what you think. We'd love to have the privilege of serving you even if just for one Sunday or Wednesday. We look forward to meeting you and serving you with the gospel of Jesus Christ in as many ways as we can imagine.
