Last Sunday's Message
Alan Ballard comes to Church in the Boro from Athens, GA where he has been involved in a church plant with Crossway Fellowship Church, which is a part of Sovereign Grace Ministries. Statesboro, GA will be his family's fourth move to a church plant, his previous locations being Maryland and Woodstock, GA. Alan and Rob have been best of friends since 2005, and are excited to see God's providence yoke them together in this next kingdom venture.
Alan has been married to Ruth for almost twenty years and is blessed with four boys, and one on the way in 2009. Mik, Andrew, Zach, and Hunter have all partnered together on this mission to see the kingdom of God extended in Statesboro, GA.
Alan owns and operates his own small auto restoration business, Paint, Leather, & Glass and has discipled many men both within the context of his own business and within the local church.
